Organizational Assessment

An organizational assessment is a process where you take a step back to reflect and look at the various areas of the organization in regards to what is working and what is not. An assessment helps create an objective view of an organization’s current reality in regards to its work flow processes, organizational structure, client satisfaction, employee turnover, etc. It is a full systems view of where the organization stands that enables management to leverage its assets as well as choose to do some things differently in order to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in achieving the organizations goals.

It is often extremely helpful to have senior staff review all aspects of the organization in order to get an accurate picture of where the organization stands at this point in time – where they are strong and where do they need improvement.
